Bodyzone Sports Therapy provides a number of massage services for a variety of people; whether you are a sporty individual or simply suffering from chronic problems, we can help.

Services offered include Swedish Massage for a more relaxing treatment, Deep Tissue, Sports and Remedial, and Onsite Massage for a highly effective rejuvenating experience in both the workplace and at conferences and events.

Mobile massage is something which is invaluable to many busy individuals, so this is a vital component of the service we offer - you can relax in the confines of your own home or hotel room, and we do the rest.

Common Complaints for Massage Treatments include:

• Back pain
• Neck and shoulder tension
• Sciatic pain
• Tension headaches / Migraine / Insomnia
• Tennis elbow or other wrist/forearm pain
• Tight calves and/or hamstrings

• Postural problems

Each treatment is as individual as you are, beginning with a postural assessment to determine the underlying cause of the complaint, as we prefer to cure the problem as opposed to masking it by simply dealing with the symptoms.

Prices

All treatments (which can also be brought to you with our mobile service for an additional £5) are priced as follows:

• £35Sports and Remedial Appointment - 1 hr (including consultation and postural assessment)
• £20/30/35/45Follow up Appointments - 30/45/60/90 min
• £20Back, Neck and Shoulders - 30 min
• £35Full Body Massage (Swedish) - 1 hr

All sports treatments begin with a full consultation which determines whether you are a suitable candidate with no contraindications to massage – this takes approximately 10 minutes and is included in the price quoted.
